Guide (The following is our recommended protocol. This protocol is only a guide and should be modified according to your specific needs).
Imaging Procedure[2]
1. Anesthetize the mouse and remove hair from the imaging area, then disinfect with 70% ethanol.
2. Inject the mouse intraperitoneally with 8pyDTZ working solution.
3. Immediately place the mouse in a bioluminescence imaging device and set the parameters.
4. Acquire bioluminescence images for 20 minutes.
5. Analyze the images using software such as ImageJ.
