Description
In Vitro
Cetuximab-AF647-DOTA conjugate containing DOTA-Thiol retains EGFR binding ability and produces bright membrane staining in A431 cells[1].
DOTA-Thiol supports the one-pot formation of FAPI-AF647-DOTA and FAPI-PEG-AF647-DOTA[1].
