Activité biologique
AAF-CMK (0-20 μM; 24 h) shows potentiated antitumor effects of U937 leukemia cells in combination with TRAIL or TNF[1].
AAF-CMK (20 μM; 24 h) increases TNF- and TRAIL-induced U937 cell apoptosis[1].
