Activité biologique
Hydroxynaphthol Blue (240 μM; 3 min initial denaturation at 94 °C, 45 min amplification at 62 °C, 5 min reaction termination at 80 °C)-based closed-tube SRCA assay enables visual, on-site detection of the Ara h 1-encoding gene from peanut (Arachis hypogaea) with an absolute limit of detection of 6.25 × 100 fg/μL, high specificity against non-peanut foods, and strong performance in processed food samples[1].
