Icariside E3 (10-100 μM; 30 min) potently inhibits Leishmania donovani DNA topoisomerase IB (LdTOP1LS)-mediated plasmid relaxation in a dose-dependent manner, achieving 94% inhibition at 50 μM and total inhibition at 100 μM^[1].
