PCSK9 modulator-3 (compound 13) (1-10 μM; 48 h) reduces the level of secreted PCSK9 protein in HepG2 cells by nearly 90%^[1].
PCSK9 modulator-3 exhibits a T_1/2 of 30.0 min and a CL_int of 46.5 µL/min/mg in mouse liver microsomes, and a T_1/2 of 47.8 min and a CL_int of 29.4 µL/min/mg in rat liver microsomes^[1].
