Biological Activity
(±)-cryptamide C (25-75 μM; 1 h pre-incubation before 24 h LPS stimulation) suppresses nitric oxide production in a dose-dependent manner in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophage cells[1].
(±)-cryptamide C (25-75 μM; 24 h) shows no significant cellular toxicity in RAW264.7 macrophage cells[1].
