LNPs formulated with C14-306 (60 ng mRNA/20,000 cells; 24 h) efficiently and specifically transfect the neuronal cell line SH-SY5Y in vitro, exhibit extremely low transfection activity toward the brain microvascular endothelial cell line hCMEC/D3, and induce high uptake by neuronal cells^[1].
