After the treatment (UNC0321, 200 pM) or transfection (Rab4 overexpression plasmid) for 48 h, Western Blot is performed to detect the expression of Bax, Bcl-2, Cleaved-Caspase3, Caspase3, p-AKT, AKT and Rab4. UNC0321 may play a role in promoting proliferation and anti-apoptosis by inhibiting Rab4/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway in HUVEC.
