In Vitro

Demeton-S (5-100 μM; 1-30 min) potently inhibits free aqueous BChE in concentration- and time-dependent manners, with 50 μM causing 90% inhibition after 5 min of incubation^[1].
Demeton-S (0-120 μM; 5 min) potently inhibits intracellular AChE in PC-12 cell monolayers in vitro in a concentration-dependent manner^[1].
