NOTA-WL12
NOTA-WL12 is a peptide-based imaging probe targeting PD-L1. NOTA-WL12 is a PD-L1 inhibitory peptide derivative and also a NOTA-conjugated WL12 precursor used for 68Ga radiolabeling. The binding of NOTA-WL12 to human and mouse PD-L1 is evaluated by surface plasmon resonance. NOTA-WL12 is predicted by computational docking to interact with PD-L1.
