Biological Activity
The use of DOPE-NHS allows for peptides to be conjugated to exosomes and possibly other membrane-based nanoparticles[1].
MSC derived exosomes are conjugated with rabies viral glycoprotein through a DOPE-NHS linker[1].
Exosomes are conjugated with cardiac homing peptide through a DOPE-NHS linker[2].
