DOPE-PEG5000-Amine
DOPE-PEG5000-Amine (DOPE-PEG5000-NH2) is a polyethylene glycol-derivatized phospholipid that can be used to construct liposomes and lipid nanoparticles. DOPE-PEG5000-Amine is used for non-covalent functionalization of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) to enhance their water dispersibility and biocompatibility. DOPE-PEG5000-Amine can be applied in research related to photothermal applications.

Biological Activity
DOPE-PEG5000-Amine can be used for non-covalent encapsulation of SWCNT, reducing its intrinsic toxicity and conferring water solubility and photothermal carrier properties[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
