DOTA-MLN6907
DOTA-MLN6907 is a guanylate cyclase C (GCC) binding agent. DOTA-MLN6907 competitively binds GCC receptors in vitro with an IC50 of approximately 4.6 nM. DOTA-MLN6907, after labeling with Ga-68, can specifically bind to GCC-expressing cancer cells for PET imaging. DOTA-MLN6907 can be used for PET imaging studies of GCC-expressing tumors such as colorectal cancer and for stratified assessment of GCC expression levels.

Protocols
-
RNA extraction experimental
By lysing cells, releasing RNA, and removing impurities such as proteins and DNA, high-purity RNA products are finally obtained. The commonly used traditional method is the guanidine isothiocyanate/phenol/chloroform method (Trizol), which is suitable for a variety of animal materials including animal tissues, microorganisms, cultured cells, etc., and most plant materials.
-
Cell Cytotoxicity Assay
Cytotoxicity assays are usually based on the assessment of cell membrane damage, which can also be indirectly detected by measuring cell viability. Detection methods include MTT assay, CKK-8 assay, LDH assay and ATP assay, etc.
