Biological Activity
Dp2mT (24 h) has the IC50 >3 μM against HIV-1 transcription in CEM-GFP cells[1].
Dp2mT (24 h) shows no cytotoxicity in CEM T cells, with an IC50 >10 μM[1].
Dp2mT (10 μM; 24 h) does not inhibit CDK9 kinase activity in 293T cells[1].
