Dynorphin B 29 (pig) has affinity for μ, δ and κ opioid receptors in brain with a Ki value of 5.0, 18.4 and 5.3, respectively[1].
Dynorphin B 29 (pig) has inhibition of electrically evoked contractions with a IC value of 7.54 nM in Guinea Pig Ileum isolated organ preparations and with a IC value of 7.01 nM in the presence of peptidase inhibitor[1].
