Dynorphin B 29 (pig) has affinity for μ, δ and κ opioid receptors in brain with a K_i value of 5.0， 18.4 and 5.3, respectively^[1].
Dynorphin B 29 (pig) has inhibition of electrically evoked contractions with a I_C value of 7.54 nM in Guinea Pig Ileum isolated organ preparations and with a I_C value of 7.01 nM in the presence of peptidase inhibitor^[1].
