Biological Activity
Elocalcitol (BXL-628) (0.00-10 nM; 24-48 h) is able to inhibit both proliferation and invasion of DU145 cells[2].
Elocalcitol (10 nM; 8 h) inhibits KGFR autotransphosphorylation and downstream PI3K/AKT activation[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
