More
Biological Activity
This product can be used for: (1) protein sequence analysis; (2) synthesis of lysine-related derivatives.
Protocol
This product can be directly used for protein enzyme digestion. The recommended enzyme digestion ratio is 1:50-1:200 (W/W), and the enzyme digestion should be performed at 37 °C overnight.
Notes
(
1) The optimal reaction pH of this product is 9.0-9.5, and the optimal reaction temperature is 30-37 °C. It can still maintain high enzyme activity in the presence of 4 M urea or 0.1% SDS.
(
2) Storage Buffer: 20 mM Tris-HCl, pH=8.0.
(
3) Do not freeze and thaw repeatedly.
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
