Fluorescein-NAD+ is a fluorescent NAD+ analog that can be used in studies related to the detection of ADP-ribosylation reactions. Fluorescein-NAD+ enables visualization of ADP-ribose groups, thereby facilitating the detection of ADP-ribosylation reactions. Fluorescein-NAD+ serves as a substrate for detecting the auto-ribosylation activity of SIRT6 and the ADP-ribosylation of RhoA by C3larvin toxin.

Fluorescein-NAD+ detects the enhanced mono-ADP-ribosylation activity of SIRT6 induced by Fucoidan-FV[1].
Fluorescein-NAD+ can be used to detect the ADP-ribosylation modification of human GST-RhoA (ΔCAAX) by C3larvin toxin, confirming that RhoA is its substrate; it also enables quantitative analysis of C3larvin-mediated ADP-ribosylation of human GST-RhoA (ΔCAAX) via fluorescence intensity measurement[2].
Fluorescein-NAD+ enables the detection of the NAD+-targeted ADP-ribosyltransferase activity of C3larvin using human GST-RhoA (ΔCAAX), which has a Km value of 33.6 μM[2].
