Fluorescein-NAD⁺ detects the enhanced mono-ADP-ribosylation activity of SIRT6 induced by Fucoidan-FV^[1].
Fluorescein-NAD⁺ can be used to detect the ADP-ribosylation modification of human GST-RhoA (ΔCAAX) by C3larvin toxin, confirming that RhoA is its substrate; it also enables quantitative analysis of C3larvin-mediated ADP-ribosylation of human GST-RhoA (ΔCAAX) via fluorescence intensity measurement^[2].
Fluorescein-NAD⁺ enables the detection of the NAD⁺-targeted ADP-ribosyltransferase activity of C3larvin using human GST-RhoA (ΔCAAX), which has a K_m value of 33.6 μM^[2].
