Biological Activity
The oligonucleotide H12 (A-PO-HCV-L96) carrying the triantennary GalNAc binds to asialoglycoprotein receptors (ASGPR), with a Ki of 10.4 nM[1].
The RNA carrying a triantennary GalNAc ligand R1 (sense-L96) binds to asialoglycoprotein receptors (ASGPR), with a Ki of 8.8 nM[1].
