Animal Model:Sprague-Dawley rats [2]

Dosage:1, 10, and 100 mg/kg

Administration:Intravenous injection (i.v.), once every 3 days (5-week study) or once weekly (6-month study)

Result:Observed the bone anabolic effects.
Showed significant bleeding and morbidity at 100 mg/kg.
