Doliroside A (2.5-250 μM; up to 40 h) potently inhibits Aβ42 fibrillogenesis with an IC₅₀ of 26.57 μM, showing concentration-dependent reduction of ThT fluorescence associated with Aβ42 fibril formation^[1].
Doliroside A (125 μM; up to 30 h) suppresses the increase of β-sheet content in Aβ42 and inhibits the formation of insoluble β-sheet-rich fibrils during Aβ42 aggregation^[1].
Doliroside A (125 μM; 24 h) alters Aβ42 aggregation morphology, redirecting the formation of fibrillar aggregates into amorphous oligomers^[1].
