Riliprubart (SAR 445088) is a selective anti-C1s humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody with mutations that enhance its binding to the neonatal Fc receptor. Riliprubart blocks activation of the classical complement pathway, prevents the formation of the C3 convertase C4b2a, and inhibits complement-mediated hemolytic activity. Riliprubart can be used in research related to classical complement-mediated diseases, cold agglutinin disease, and chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy.     Flow Cytometry analysis of A549 cells labelling C1s (red) with Riliprubart (anti-C1s) (HY-P990091). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then cells were stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG4 kappa (HY-P99003, blue) was used as the isotype control.
