Actividad biológica
Solasulfone (Compound 35) (30 min) inhibits activation of the classical complement pathway in guinea pig serum, with an IC50 of 130 μM[1].
Solasulfone (0.98 mM; 1 h) inhibits C1r/C1s activity in guinea pig serum via interaction with C1q, with inhibition rates of 18.39% and 18.77% at the concentration of 0.98 mM in two complementary ELISA assays[1].
