Geministatin C
Geministatin C is a depside analog derived from Geministatin A (HY-N20700) that exhibits mammalian cytotoxicity against cancer cells and fibroblasts. Geministatin C shows no significant antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria and no antifungal activity against yeast.

Biologische Aktivität
Geministatin C exhibits no significant antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, or methicillin-resistant S. aureus, with MIC values > 100 μg/mL for all three bacterial strains[1].
Geministatin C exhibits no significant antifungal activity against Saccharomyces cerevisiae, with an MIC value > 200 μg/mL[1].
Geministatin C exhibits cytotoxicity against mouse myeloma NS-1 cells with an IC50 of 17 μM and against neonatal foreskin fibroblast (NFF) cells with an IC50 of 19 μM[1].
