Activité biologique
Geministatin A exhibits strong antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis (MIC 1.6 µg mL-1), moderate antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and MRSA (both MIC 6.3 µg mL-1), no antifungal activity against Saccharomyces cerevisiae, low cytotoxicity against mouse myeloma NS-1 cells (IC50 71 µM), and no significant cytotoxicity against neonatal foreskin fibroblast cells[1].
