Gosuranemab (BMS-986168; IPN007; BIIB092) is a humanised IgG4 anti-tau monoclonal antibody. Gosuranemab neutralizes the extracellular tau protein, inhibiting the spread and aggregation of pathological tau protein. Gosuranemab can be used for the research of progressive supranuclear palsy and early Alzheimer’s disease.

    Flow cytometric analysis of 1.5X106 SHSY5Y cells with Gosuranemab (HY-P99648, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG4 kappa, Isotype Control (HY-P99003, blue) was used as the isotype control.
