In Vitro

GSK2188764 (up to 10 μM; 10 min pre-incubation, 3 h reaction) weakly inhibits recombinant Toxoplasma gondii ROP18 kinase activity in vitro, with an IC50 of 7.49 μM against the FL-E substrate and >10 μM against the FL-T and FL-8 substrates[1].
