HDAC6 PROTAC contains two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase (Thalidomide 5-fluoride) (HY-W087383) and the other is for the target protein (HDAC6-IN-68) (HY-179422). HDAC6 PROTAC exploits the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins[1].
