Description

HDAC6-IN-68 is an HDAC6 PROTAC ligand. HDAC6-IN-68 can be used to synthesize PROTAC HDAC6 degrader 7 (HY-179421)[1].

IC50 & Target

HDAC6

118 nM (IC50)

In Vitro

HDAC6 PROTAC contains two different ligands connected by a linker; one is an E3 ligase ligand (Thalidomide 5-fluoride) (HY-W087383), and the other is for Ligands of HDAC6 target protein (HDAC6-IN-68) (HY-179422). PROTAC exploits the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins[1].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
