Bromofosfamide is a prodrug-type alkylating agent and also an analog of Ifosfamide (HY-17419). Bromofosfamide exhibits potent in vivo anti-tumor activity against lymphoid leukemia and can be used for the research of lymphoid leukemia.

Racemic bromofosfamide (50-200 mg/kg; i.p.; single dose on day 2) demonstrates potent anti-L1210 leukemia activity in male BDF1 mice, achieving 100% survival at a 200 mg/kg single i.p. dose on day 2[1].
