Description

Inpyrfluxam is a succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) inhibitor. Inpyrfluxam targets the ubiquinone binding pocket of mitochondrial SDH complex subunits ViSDHB, ViSDHC, ViSDHD, interfering with cellular respiration. Inpyrfluxam inhibits conidial germination and mycelial growth of Venturia inaequalis in vitro. Inpyrfluxam can be used for the research of apple scab[1].

In Vitro

Inpyrfluxam (0.001-10 μg/mL; 1 week) inhibits conidial germination of baseline Venturia inaequalis isolates with a mean EC50 of 0.0137 μg/mL[1].
Inpyrfluxam (0.001-10 μg/mL; 3 weeks) inhibits mycelial growth of baseline Venturia inaequalis isolates with a mean EC50 of 0.0291 μg/mL[1].
Inpyrfluxam (0.0137-0.137 μg/mL; 1-4 weeks) shows significant positive cross-sensitivity with all tested SDH fungicides in Venturia inaequalis, with the strongest correlation for both conidial germination and mycelial growth inhibition observed with Benzovindiflupyr[1].
