Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
Isomenthol exists in the gas phase as two major stable conformers (eq-1 with 63% abundance and ax-3 with 37% abundance at 410 K) with distinct structural parameters, including an average C-C bond length of 1.538 Å and C-O bond length of 1.427 Å for the dominant eq-1 conformer[1].
