Biological Activity
Iturin A (5-250 µg/mL;12 h) significantly inhibits Fusarium graminearum conidial activity at a concentration of 5 µg/mL, and completely inhibits conidial germination at 50 µg/mL[1].
Iturin A (0-100 μM; 48 h) inhibits cell growth, induces cell cycle arrest, ROS outburst, apoptosis and autophagy in HepG2 cells[2].
