ACHM-025 exhibits potent cytotoxic activity only against AKR1C3-overexpressing HCT116 cells with an IC50 of 0.03 μM[1].

Animal Model:Female NOD/SCID or NSG mice inoculated with chemoresistant T-ALL PDX (ALL-31)[1]

Dosage:25 mg/kg

Administration:Intraperitoneally injection, at days 0, 7, 14

Result:Reduced the proportion of human leukemia cells in peripheral blood to <1% and maintained it for more than 10 weeks.
Extended the median event-free survival (EFS) from 16.7 days to >332 days.
Showed no relapse within the >300-day observation period, and no leukemia cells are detected in organs such as bone marrow and spleen after dissection, achieving functional cure in 5 mice.
