Racemic bromofosfamide (50-400 mg/kg; i.p.; single dose on day 1) exhibits potent anti-L1210 leukemia activity in female CD2F₁ mice, with an ED₅₀ of 36 mg/kg and a therapeutic index of 13.0, which is 1.7 times higher than that of ifosfamide^[1].
Racemic bromofosfamide (50-200 mg/kg; i.p.; single dose on day 2) demonstrates potent anti-L1210 leukemia activity in male BDF₁ mice, achieving 100% survival at a 200 mg/kg single i.p. dose on day 2^[1].
