CAD-09 (20 μM) inhibits recombinant hGLO I in HL-60 cells with an IC₅₀ of 1.3 μM^[1].
CAD-09 (100 μM; 24 h) exhibits a statistically significant antiproliferative effect on HL-60 cells, although its cellular activity is weaker than that of CAPE^[1].
