9a is ten times more potent than Cetzole in inducing death in all tested cancer cell lines, and the lipid peroxidation induced by 9a shows the same trend as that induced by Cetzole^[2].

Anti-cancer

Cetzole inhibits the proliferation of NCI-H522, MDAMB231, and NARF2 cells, with IC₅₀ values of 4.54, 8.73, and 8.27 μM, respectively^[2].
