     Wild-type (WT) mice were treated with PBS, and Mdx mice were treated with PBS, FG-3019 (50 mg/kg), TGF-β1 antibody (TGF-β1 ab), FG-3019 + TGF-β1 antibody (CTGF + F + T), and IgG for 6 weeks. Western blot analysis of myofibril and collagen III levels was then performed.
