HLX43 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting PD-L1. HLX43 consists of a human monoclonal antibody anti-PD-L1 antibody Opucolimab (HY-P99785) with the drug-linker conjugate being DL-01 (HY-155870A). HLX43 exerts superior anticancer efficacy with safety profile in vivo. HLX43 can be used for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), melanoma (MEL), ovarian cancer (Ovc) research.

HLX43 is stable in the plasma of rats and cynomolgus monkeys^[2].
HLX43 induces tumor regression in multiple PD-L1+ CDX and PDX models, and was well tolerated across all dosing groups^[2].
HLX43 (8 mg/kg, three times for a week) significantly reduces tumors in the MDA-MB-231 model without causing weight loss^[2].
HLX43 shows well tolerability in rats and cynomolgus monkeys, with the maximum tolerated dose being 60 mg/kg in rats and 10 mg/kg in non-human primates^[2].
