Leminoprazole inhibits H⁺,K⁺-ATPase in rabbit gastric vesicle irreversibly through formation of covalent disulfide bond, with IC₅₀ of 5.3 and 19 μM^[1].
Leminoprazole inhibits histamine, carbachol, gastrin and db-cAMP-stimulated acid secretion, with IC₅₀s of 0.4, 0.35, 0.25 and 0.56 μM, respectively^[2].
