Myoregulin (MLN peptide) is a member of the regulin family. Myoregulin regulates muscle performance by modulating intracellular calcium handling. Myoregulin interactes directly with sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca²⁺-ATPase (SERCA) and impedinf Ca²⁺ uptake into the sarcoplasmic reticulum.
