UCB-35440 (0.3-10% w/v; topical; twice daily; 8 doses) inhibits chronic PMA-induced mouse ear inflammation[1].
UCB-35440 (10 mg/kg; oral; twice daily) significantly inhibits Histamine (HY-B1204)-induced dermal extravasation in guinea pigs[1].

Animal Model:CD-1 mice (Crl:CD-1 (ICR) BR) (female, 8-10 weeks old, acute PMA-induced dermatitis model)[1]

Produced substantial inhibition (P<0.001) of extravasation induced by 0.1 μg, 1.0 μg, and 10.0 μg Histamine with the 5.5-day twice-daily regimen.
