     To test the effect of LAIR2 on collagen-induced platelet activation, platelets from pregnant women were stimulated with either collagen type I (COL1) or TRAP6, which were either preincubated with or without rhLAIR2 (G). Subsequent aggregometry showed that preincubation with LAIR2 inhibited platelet activation induced by COL1 but not TRAP-6 (50 μM; 30 min)(H).
