ALT-100 (Human IgG4) is a humanized antibody expressed in CHO, targeting NAMPT. ALT-100 (Human IgG4) consists of a huIgG1/huIgG4 heavy chain and a huκ light chain, with a predicted molecular weight (MW) of 150 kDa. For inflammatory or fibrotic diseases, the isotype control for ALT-100 (Human IgG4) can refer to Human IgG4 (S228P) kappa, Isotype Control (HY-P99003).

    Immobilized Human NAMPT, His Tag can bind ALT-100 (Human IgG4). The EC50 for this effect is 8.465 ng/mL.

    Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 MCF-7 cells with ALT-100 (Human IgG4) (HY-P990319, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG4 kappa (HY-P99003, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
