Biological Activity
BDW568 activates the STINGA230-mediated type I interferon signaling pathway in THP-1 cells, with an EC50 of 5.7 μM[2].
BDW568 (50 μM; 6 h) significantly upregulates the expression of MX1 and OAS1 in THP-1 cells[2].
BDW568 (serial dilution; 48 h) potently activates the STING pathway in THP-1 cells expressing STINGHAQ, with an EC50 of 5.7 μM[3].
BDW568 (50 μM; 6 h) significantly upregulates the interferon-stimulated genes MX1 and OAS1 in THP-1 cells expressing STINGHAQ[3].
