CNP7 (2.5-20 μM; 72 h) exhibits cell line-specific antiproliferative activity across 18 cancer and non-cancer cell lines, with resistance correlated to higher baseline and CNP7-induced HMGCS1 expression in HCT116, HT29, and HepG2 cells, and sensitivity observed in RPE1, MFE296, and MOLM13 cells^[1].
