JRC-I-191 (Compound 3) inhibits HIV-1 YU-2 entry into Cf2Th-CD4/CCR5 cells with an IC₅₀ of 54.4 μM, does not inhibit A-MLV infection^[1].
JRC-I-191 binds to HIV-1 YU2 gp120 with a K_d of 0.76 μM^[1].
