LEVI-04

LEVI-04 is a p75NTR-Fc fusion protein. LEVI-04 blocks and clears neurotrophins, binding excess NGF to block NGF activity, and binds NT-3 with high affinity to inhibit NT-3 activity. LEVI-04 inhibits NT-3-mediated TrkC receptor signaling and supplements endogenous p75NTR. LEVI-04 can be used in research on osteoarthritis and knee osteoarthritis.
