In Vitro

Ozarelix (0-20 ng/mL, 72 h) inhibits PC3 and DU145 cell proliferation^[1].
Ozarelix (0-20 ng/mL, 72 h) induces apoptosis in PC3 and DU145 cells^[1].
Ozarelix (20 ng/mL, 72 h) triggers caspase 8-dependent caspase 3 activation^[1].
